Did pelungguh know about cooking terminology in Sasaknese ???
there are many terminology that Sasaknese use to describe something refers to cooking. Here we go, . . .
1. Ngëkët-ëkët (verb) = firing initiation
2. Jumuq/Bejumuq/Jokot (verb) = additional wood for more firing
3. Bangkal (adjective) = boiling
4. Nenes (adjective) = smoother
5. Jangkëh (noun) = fireplace
6. Këtë/Kekëtë (noun) = traditional “sigon/sogon”
7. Siong/Sêong (verb) = frying without vegetable oil
8. Cobek (noun) = traditional pestle
9. Giliq (verb) = drilling
10. Ënsëng (adjective) = condition before ripe, 
11. Gecok (verb) = cutting
12. Sêar (verb) = get the wood out to firing off
13. Bësoq (verb) = washing
14. Ngemi (verb) = rice cooking
15. Meriap (verb) = cooking
16. Kemêq (noun) = traditional 
17. Senduk (noun) = vegetable spoon (made from Tangkêl)
18. Geseng (adjective) = burnt
19. Tunuq (verb/adjective)* = toasted
20. Kulup (verb/adjective)* = boiled
21. Tambus (verb/adjective)* = combination toasted and boiled
The terminology for number 19 to 21 will be a verb or an adjective, it depends on the word that we use.

Kulup Ambon vs Ambon Kulup
Tambus Ambon vs Ambon Tambus
